Roberts, Maxijet join to boost micro and drip irrigation

Roberts Irrigation Products, Inc. and Maxijet have formed a marketing alliance to promote and sell quality micro and drip irrigation products worldwide.

Roberts Irrigation's global sales team and dealer network will sell Maxijet products alongside their existing irrigation products, like the 435/436 Sprinkler and Ro-Drip Drip Tape.

This alliance brings together two companies that share a common background and vision, and have very complementary product lines. Roberts Irrigation and Maxijet were both founded by citrus farmers who invented irrigation products for use in their own groves.

The companies expect their collaboration to result in the development of innovative new products to meet the needs of progressive growers.

Susan Thayer believes that in offering Maxijet products, through Roberts Irrigation's sales organization, customers will immediately be supported with a more complete line of micro irrigation products, and nationwide service with stocking locations in California and Florida.

According to John Roberts, "Our product offerings are growing and dealers are seeing us as the source for drip and micro irrigation products." Both Roberts and Maxijet are committed to superior customer service, and expect the alliance to improve the service level delivered to customers.
