U.S. rice exporters have been making progress on increasing sales of U.S. rice on a number of fronts. But one of the United States' biggest markets in the past has not purchased any U.S. rice since the spring of 2008. The USA Rice Federation’s Jim Guinn talked about the export markets and the situation with Cuba during an interview at the LSU Rice Research Station Field Day.
