The TeeJet QJ350 series, manufactured by Spraying Systems Company's mobile systems division, features a compact design that fits inside the boom, minimizing interference from the boom structure and protects the nozzle. A positive indexing button ensures that the nozzle remains firmly in place.

The QJ350 series can be used with dry or wet booms and is available in three or five Quick TeeJet connection spray outlets. Shut off between each position, automatic spray pattern alignment and easy spray tip changes are key features.

Its design also includes a two-piece ChemSaver diaphragm check valve for drip-free shut off with improved performance. Maximum pressure rated at 300 psi with a 1.8 gpm flow rate with a pressure drop of 5 psi.

Unverferth offers planter fills for growers who use Central Commodity System (CCS) planters. The units are available in either a conveyor or folding auger model.

Variable-speed conveyor models are 18 ft. long and 6 in. wide and gently move seed at rates up to 10 bu./minute. Durable 6-in. belts with 2-in. vulcanized paddles are spaced 9 in. apart to carry large seed volumes at steep angles.

The gas-spring lift assist allows the conveyor to store conveniently between the hoppers and allows easy platform access both in transport and during use.

Models for 1790 CCS planters will be available this spring, with models for the 1690 and 1890 CCS drills available later in 2005.
