Bayer CropScience recently received registration from the Environmental Protection Agency for Proline 480 SC fungicide for use on soybeans.

Proline controls Asian soybean rust and powdery mildew. It also may be used in a tank-mix with Stratego fungicide to provide control of a wide range of diseases.

“The combination of Proline and Stratego gives both preventive and curative activity,” says Jim Bloomberg, Bayer CropScience fungicide product development manager. “Utilizing these strong chemistries with two modes of action means broad spectrum control.”

Proline may be applied with either ground or aerial application equipment.

Proline is not registered in all states; growers are encouraged to contact their local Bayer CropScience sales representatives for availability of Proline in their area.

For more information or to speak to a Bayer CropScience representative on Proline, contact Erin Kretzschmar at (816) 437-9415 or via e-mail at [email protected].
