New from the 2002 fall farm shows

Once again, farmers flocked to the three popular Midwestern farm shows held just ahead of fall harvest. Husker Harvest Days came first and drew good crowds from the parched, drought-stricken area near Grand Island, NE. Then the Farm Science Review staged a stellar show near London, OH, with plenty of new equipment to wow farmers. The Farm Progress event held near Alleman, IA, completed the three-week show circuit with sunny skies and plenty of products for farmers to ponder.

Zetor hangs its hat on a philosophy of building tractors with quality components at reasonable prices. Though the tractors come from a factory in Brno, Czech Republic, getting parts shouldn't be a problem. Zetor stocks a warehouse in Harrisburg, PA.

In 1993, John Deere bought a license to build and distribute Zetor tractors under the Deere name. Deere builds these tractors in a factory in Mexico and sells them all over the world.
