Tom Rosztoczy elected chairman; Kim Rominger is CEO.

Tom Rosztoczy has been elected the chairman of the Equipment Dealers Association board. Rosztoczy has served on EDA’s board since 2015 and was most recently treasurer and a member of the Audit and Finance Committee.  His term as chairman is two years.

Rosztoczy is president and CEO of Stotz Equipment, a 25-store John Deere dealership. He graduated from Stanford University where he earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering.

His experience includes previous service as a director and president of the FarWest Equipment Dealers Association. He also served on John Deere’s National Dealer Advisory Group for Large Ag Dealers and John Deere’s National Dealer Advisory Council for Turf Dealers. Rosztoczy was named Farm Equipment Magazine’s Dealer of the Year in 2013.​

“Tom has been a leader throughout his tenure on EDA’s board,” says Brian Carpenter, outgoing chairman.  “I have complete confidence that he has nothing but the best of intentions for the association and that he will work tirelessly to ensure we are providing value to our members.”

Carpenter will remain on the Board of Directors for a term of at least one year.

New president/CEO announced

Kim Rominger became President/CEO of the Equipment Dealers Association on July 5, 2017.

Rominger has 34 years of experience in equipment dealer association management, with the past 17 years serving in the capacity of CEO of regional equipment dealer associations.  He has extensive experience with dealer-manufacturer relations, having served on the EDA Industry Relations Task Force since 2012. 

He earned a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Indiana State University and an M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University.
