Max Armstrong and Mike Pearson kick off the show with a look at the upcoming National Ag Day observation including a chat with Zippy Duvall, American Farm Bureau president. Karl Setzer of Agrivisor joins Mike to talk about the continuing strong soybean sales even as the South American harvest wraps up.

Part 2

Karl Setzer of Agrivisor rejoins Mike to talk about corn exports, China keeps on buying. They also take a look at wheat. In the Colby Ag Tech segment Chad is checking out a planter that regular guest Matt Foes has modified to 15-inch rows for soybeans.

Mike talks with Jen Sorenson, president of the NPPC, to discuss the return of the World Pork Expo.

Part 4

Max talks with Mark Stock of Big Iron Auctions about land and equipment purchasing in light of the rally, carbon credits and record low interest rates. Agricultural Meteorologist Greg Soulje has the weather for the week ahead.

In Max’s Tractor Shed, Max introduces the Jackson Boys Collection of antique tractors which will be sold at the Mecum Gone Farmin’ auction set for March 25-27. In the FFA Chapter Tribute segment Mike Pearson is talking to Carson Brincks, Iowa FFA State Northeast Vice President.  Carson has big goals for his post-college life, but wants to stay connected to his family farm. In Samuelson Sez, Orion Samuelson is celebrating National Ag Day this week.
