Max Armstrong talks about curfews in Louisville, a dancing ban, the next-generation fuels act and increased Halloween candy purchases.

The curfew has been extended in Louisville, after continued unrest.

St. Charles, Mo., hasn't had limits on activity like in St. Louis, so they've had people in by the bus-load, and have banned dancing.

The Next-Generation Fuels Act would transition to a higher-octane fuel.

Trick-or-treat is uncertain, but we've been buying a lot of Halloween candy anyway.
