Sales of existing homes fell nearly 10 percent last month, however they're beginning to pick up, due in part to low interest rates.

It's gotten dry in the eastern Corn Belt, and the corn crop saw some condition deterioration. The corn looks good in the Upper Midwest.

Fireworks are starting, and enforcing laws against fireworks is difficult.

There's an uptick in stimulus payment scams, that look like they're from the IRS.
