Max Armstrong offers a look at the plans by many leave town for the July 4 holiday and he advises that some stores have limits on how you spend, including worries about a growing coin shortage and a move to credit and debit cards only. Mortgage rates are sliding in this new economy. From This Week in Agribusiness, there's news that aid to farmers may not be enough. The program includes $16 billion and about $6 billion has been spent. And Max needs a little baseball.
