Max Armstrong tells us that the temperatures across the Midwest will hit the 90's this week.
In other news, a lot of water incidents happened this week due to the warm temperatures. There was one drowning in Indiana and in Ohio-- a drowning emergency call resulted in an ambulance and a police car colliding.
Plus, this week's crop progress report will be out. Interest is in the corn ratings. Next week, the soybean ratings report will begin.
And about two dozen dogs were dumped in two different Indiana counties. The hope is that all of the Shepherd-Collie mix dogs find a home from shelters where the dogs were taken.
Max Armstrong's Farm Progress America is a daily look at key issues in agriculture. It is produced and presented by Max Armstrong, veteran farm broadcaster and host of This Week in Agribusiness.
