Max Armstrong examines a survey about how the cost of college at public universities is bringing money to a state's economy.

A survey out shows that $69 billion was brought into Ohio's economy through public universities.

And in Minnesota, seed dealers are preparing for replanting after heavy rains hit the state last week. Some farms received 5 inches of rain in southern Minnesota. Other parts of the state reported 10 and 11 inches of rain fallling.

And the crop progress report came out yesterday and it shows winter wheat is still in bad shape. How bad? It depends on how you read the report.

Plus, in Kansas, a criminal tried to pull a trick on a police officer.
