Max Armstrong talks about severe weather yesterday, start of the shipping season in Duluth, market worries and South American strikes.

A farmer friend of Max said the weather yesterday felt like Dec. 10, as sever weather rolled through his area.

The shipping season is open in Duluth, Minn., as the first vessel arrived in the Twin Ports.

Markets are already worried about the soggy start to planting season, and now South American transporters are threatening to strike.

A cameraman working with Max once got caught up in a strike in South America.
