Last week's derecho storm impacted 275,000 homes; 7,000 were totally destroyed.
Many grain bins, dairy farms and hog barns will have to be rebuilt, too.
Mike Pence was to be in Indiana recording a TV ad. He'll be in Wisconsin later this week.

A WWII veteran from South Dakota passed away over the weekend.
