Let's talk about 2020, and the pandemic impact. So much uncertainty about food production on many levels. The CFAP paid out $31 billion dollars for various commodities during that time. Now the government accountability office is reviewing those payments. More than half of the payments may have potentially been improper, at least for those sampled during the review. The sample size in the review was 90 farms.
