Max Armstrong recalls a past trip to Singapore which he notes is not only a very clean city, but is also very green. Yet the country has little land for raising crops and has become the first to approve use of protein grown out of thin air, essentially non-meat meat. Max explains that the country has become a global hot spot for the alternative protein industry. Singapore relies on imports for nearly 90% of its food with officials looking more closely at ways to provide food security.
