Max Armstrong says pork producers are disappointed in a Supreme Court decision released last week. However, the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) won’t stop fighting until pork producers discontinue the use of pens too small for mother pigs to turn around.

Pork producers say Proposition 12 threatens animal welfare as well as biosecurity and will hurt years of progress by the pork industry.
