Max Armstrong shares insight and opinions from farm groups about the Biden Administration's 30-30 conservation plan. After a cold welcome, some groups are warming up to it. Zippy Duvall, American Farm Bureau president, says the report is a philosophical document that is voluntary and respects private property rights. But it does lack specifics, he says. The National Farmers Union is pleased the administration is taking agriculture into account when talking about conservation.
