It's an education program that started 20 years ago. Today, there are programs held in 38 states across the USA.

The program was began by Ruth Fleck Hamilton and named after her mom, Annie Fleck.

It's an educational program designed to empower women on the farm and is a non-profit program. It is designed to educate, develop networks and learn about resources to help with farm issues.

There are now 19,000 graduates from the program.

The program is designed so that women can share problems and develop solutions.

Max Armstrong's Farm Progress America is a daily look at key issues in agriculture. It is produced and presented by Max Armstrong, veteran farm broadcaster and host of This Week in Agribusiness.
