Fed decision keeps Wall Street on hold. (Video report)

Another big storm moving through the Midwest this morning will keep farmers out of the field, and in some areas scraping snow off the windshield, with harvest delays supporting prices overnight. Investors are also on hold, at least until 1 .m. CDT, when the Federal Reserve is expected to announce another quarter-point cut in interest rates.
