Is winter over for grain market?

Futures try to hold gains as traders begin to think spring. (Video)

After a rough start to March grain markets finally appeared to find some traction this week, thanks in part to a rally in other markets. But while bulls on Wall Street took profits yesterday, a weaker dollar triggered strength in commodities that’s also in play today. That buying is helping futures try to hold gains overnight, as long-term forecasts got traders thinking about spring.
