Spring wheat is the smallest futures market for grains but a big rally in Minneapolis helped trigger a massive buying spree by funds last week. If it grows in the Midwest, chances are hedge funds bought it. But money managers ran the other way in crude oil, according to Friday’s Commitment of Traders.
