Reports of flooding in Argentina’s Santa Fe province, which is a key soybean producer, are driving gains in the soybean market, where January and March contracts are back above $10 a bushel.

Wheat markets are higher after monthly crop reports lowered condition ratings for wheat in Kansas and Oklahoma. Cold, dry conditions were blamed for the declines.
