The monthly WASDE report comes out Thursday. Don't look for big changes in corn or soybean production. Don't look for many changes in wheat either. The winter wheat seedings number will be out Jan. 12.

USDA offices are closed Friday for Veteran's Day, but the markets are open.

Harvest is progressing rather slow and cold weather is limiting drying in the field. The good thing is farmers are storing the corn in the field, which is helping basis. The end of the shipping season is edging closer on the northern end of the shipping canal.

Brazil planting is progress at an average pace. It's too wet in southern Brazil and moisture is returning to the center west.

Australia is beginning its harvest.

Good rains have fallen on wheat planted in the Black Sea region.
