March 3, 2018

Corn, soybeans and wheat all closed higher for the week, even though corn and wheat finished lower on Friday.

There was an export sale reported each day this week, with China entering the market for the first time since Dec. 27.

Since Feb. 20, the market has been paying attention to dry conditions on the southern Plains. While drought conditions have improved across much of the U.S., it hasn't improved in the southern Plains.

The next WASDE report is out March 8.
