The Crop Progress report on Monday afternoon will be interesting. Did we catch up at all? Corn is only at 5% planted per the last report, vs. 14% five-year average. We should also note that it’s easy to catch up when you’re “behind” and there’s plenty of anecdotal evidence on Twitter and elsewhere on the web of planters rolling all over the Midwest right now.
