More snow keeps harvest slow while traders await news on exports. (Video report)

Attempts to rally the grain market overnight fell flat as trading shifted from Asia to Europe, reflecting an uncertain mood headed into the weekend. Conflicting news on trade talks with China continue to roil stock markets around the world with the Brexit drama testing the government of British Prime Minister Theresa May. Another snow storm is moving through the Dakotas today, providing more headwinds for the slow harvest as traders wait for more news on exports today.
