Market conference Feb. 19

THE THIRD ANNUAL Market Outlook Conference will be held Tuesday, Feb. 19 in the conference center of Grand Casino Tunica in Robinsonville, Miss., from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Morning speakers include: Carl Anderson, Extension economist at Texas A&M University, who will discuss adaptability and innovation in agriculture; and Michael Bernard, a farmer and crop insurance agent, who will provide the latest information on crop insurance and marketing.

After lunch, marketing specialist Joe Victor, vice president of marketing, Allendale, Inc., will provide a grain and oilseed outlook. The session will conclude with a cotton outlook by O.A. Cleveland, cotton marketing specialist, professor emeritus, Mississippi State University.
