Harvest is done (or almost so). The heat of summer is giving way to the cool of fall. There are oranges and reds throughout the woods. Holiday season has arrived.

We at Farm Press invite you to share with us photographs that tell the story of the upcoming seasons in your area.

Send us shots of harvest. Fall field work. Your children’s school or church Holiday programs. Football tailgates. Hunting camp. Family gatherings. Whatever fall and winter look like to you.

We will pick some of the best and post them to our Website for all to see.

It’s easy to participate.

E-mail a digital file (.jpg, .jpeg, .gif or .png format), maximum 3 MB. Give us a description of the photograph, your name and your location to: [email protected].

By submitting your photograph or other content (“Media Submission”), you agree to grant to Penton Media, Inc., d/b/a Farm Press (“Penton”) a perpetual, royalty-free, freely transferable right and license to edit, copy, post, publish, distribute and otherwise use the Media Submission  for any purpose Penton deems appropriate and in any media worldwide, without compensation to you.  Where provided, your name (first name and last initial only), geographic location, company name and/or other industry information may be included as a means of identifying the photograph.  You represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant all rights set forth in the preceding sentences and that you shall not submit any content which (a) is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing or threatening; (b) contains viruses or other contaminating or destructive features; (c) violates the rights of others, such as content which infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or violates any right of privacy or publicity; or (d) otherwise violates any applicable law.
 
You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold Penton and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors (collectively, the "Penton Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by any Penton Party in connection with your Media Submission, or any violation or alleged violation of applicable law or a third party's rights. Penton reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with Penton's defense of such claim.
 
All photographs submitted become the property of Penton and will not be returned.
