No one can predict with any certainty what the weather will  do this spring. What is certain is that farmers will apply a lot of what is  expected to be some expensive nitrogen. Finding ways to keep as much as 30  percent of that N from volatilizing into thin air was the subject of a press  briefing held by Agrotain at this year’s Commodity Classic. John Hassell  discussed the economics during this interview.
