In the New Holland tradition of innovation in haytool technology, New Holland's dynamic new line of Speedrower self-propelled windrowers feature a number of industry firsts that boost haymaking productivity and provide greater operator comfort and convenience.

The five models, ranging from 98 to 225 horsepower, provide the highest horsepower in the industry as well as the largest selection of heads.

Industry first include the following:

  • Comfort Ride cab suspension uses coil springs over shocks for the smoothest ride possible. This innovative four-point suspension system keeps the operator from getting bounced around, even in the roughest fields. (Included on all Deluxe models.)

  • Independent rear axle suspension takes the bumps out of travel on uneven terrain. Air spring assemblies suspend each axle to cushion the operator and chassis for greater operator comfort and control and longer machine life. (Standard on HW365. Optional on HW345.)

  • Independent hydraulic head flotation system allows separate adjustment of the right and left sides of the head. Dual switches control head flotation from inside the cab so the operator can easily make adjustments for changing field and crop conditions. (Included on HW345 and HW365.)

  • With 14 discs, the 18-foot Discbine disc head (the widest in the industry) delivers exceptional speed and capacity. (Available on HW365.)

Speedrower self-propelled windrowers offer the highest horsepower engines in the industry. Six-cylinder engine models feature an electronic fuel management system that delivers high torque and reserve power.

All engines are Tier II emission compliant and include USDA approved spark arresting muffler systems. All models have plenty of power to drive the disc, sickle, and draper heads, with power on demand.

When an operator is working long hours, a comfortable cab is a must. Speedrower self-propelled windrowers are available with a Standard or Deluxe level of cab comfort. The Standard cab features a comfortable air ride operator's seat, wide steps and entryway, and a wide opening door.

Models equipped with the Deluxe cab feature a spacious work area with curved glass, high capacity A/C and a new, fully adjustable floating operator control console. The Multi Function Lever (controls forward/reverse direction and header functions) is low effort and adjustable for each operator's control preference.

Other high-performance features included are two-range transmissions, header reverser and 10-exterior lighting systems. The Comfort Ride cab suspension system is standard with all Deluxe models. Cab options include in-cab adjustable external mirrors, automatic temperature control and radio/speaker options.

New Holland offers the largest selection of heads in the industry, including a new, 18-foot Discbine head (Model 2358) with 14 discs that can take down the toughest, heaviest crop fast.

The 12-disc Discbine Model 2355 matches the HW345 windrower to slice through 15.5 feet at a clip. These high-performance heads feature proven New Holland modular disc design.
