Shocked. That’s how Robert Dasher described his feeling after he was named Swisher Sweets/Sunbelt Expo Southeastern Farmer of the Year. Dasher credits his involvement with family members, including his father, brother and children, for helping make his operation the best of the best in the Southeast in 2010. He was interviewed shortly after he received the award during ceremonies in Moultrie, Ga., Oct. 19.
