The 35th annual California Association of Pest Control Advisers (CAPCA) Conference and Agri-Expo will be held Oct. 25-27, in Sparks, Nev., at John Ascuaga’s Nugget Hotel.

This year’s theme is “CAPCA: Surviving Changes.” More than 1,000 licensed Pest Control Advisers (PCAs) are expected to attend.

The conference begins Sunday at 1 p.m., with label/product presentations on new pest management registrations/chemistries approved by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation during the previous 12 months.

General sessions on Monday and Tuesday morning will feature presentations on an array of topics affecting the pest management industry.

CAPCA’s annual conference will once again feature extensive breakout sessions that are designed to meet the needs of the pest control advisers in their specific areas.

These breakout sessions which will be held Monday afternoon and include Trees & Vines, Vegetables & Row Crops, Vegetative/Pastures Management, and PCA category exam prep breakout sessions.

The conference also features a professional Agri-Expo trade show and a career opportunity room.
