The Mississippi Cooperative Extension Service will conduct Insect Scout Schools for cotton, soybeans and corn at three locations around the state beginning May 22.

The schools will be held at the Capps Center at the Delta Research and Extension Center at Stoneville, Miss., May 22; the Northeast Mississippi Research Station at Verona, Miss., May 26; and the Entomology Building at Mississippi State University in Starkville, May 29.

Each school will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and will include discussions of the biology, thresholds and scouting techniques for each of the major pests of cotton, soybean and corn.
