USDA's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) recently launched a new website to help exporters find information on APHIS's services, including trade information and regulations. The new site also has APHIS trade updates, and links to USDA social media, including the USDA blog.

The work of USDA agencies, including APHIS, and other federal partners helps to prevent and remove unwarranted barriers to trade, saving and securing American jobs and businesses.

USA Rice Federation has most recently worked in concert with APHIS to resolve a number of technical barriers restricting U.S. rice market access in Latin American countries, as well as helping to develop the phytosanitary protocol with China.
