After several years of development, Toro announces its new Aqua-Traxx FC (Flow Control) drip tape. This product creates an entirely new category within the drip irrigation marketplace.

In the past, growers had to choose between uniformity and control over flow rates. Now, Aqua-Traxx FC provides growers with improved uniformity compared to turbulent-flow devices, and superior ability to control overall system flow rate compared to pressure-compensating devices.

This is made possible through the design of the flow control emitter.

According to a Toro news release, the new drip product provides growers with a new level of control to help them achieve objectives, including increased yield and quality while at the same time using water, fertilizer, and other resources in the most efficient manner possible.
