Judges sorted nearly 1,000 cattle to select the grand champion Angus bull as supreme champion of this year’s Keystone International Livestock Exposition in Harrisburg, Pa.

DVA Promise 730 was shown by Doug and Donna Full of Woodbine, Md. The family, which includes the Fulls’ son Jimmy, daughter Brittany and son-in-law Dustin, runs a 35-head cow-calf operation of mostly Angus and a few Herefords. They grow 150 acres of hay and pasture.

DVA Promise 730 is the February 2017 son of PVF Insight 0129, a well-known sire in the show cattle business. The dam is a featured donor cow in the farm’s herd.
