Land prices in eastern Nebraska are still holding steady despite low commodity prices, BigIron Realty reports. Crop yields were above average again in 2018 and are likely responsible for holding the farm real estate market together. Land selling online is selling higher than land that is listed for sale at private treaty. One explanation may be higher confidence in the land market due to other bidders bidding on the land.

Northeast
