InTime, Helena Chemical to combine services

InTime, Inc., provider of precision ag crop management technology, has expanded distribution of its products through Helena Chemical Company, which will offer InTimes products throughout the Mid-South, Texas and California, said Maury Knowlton, InTime president.

“While we continue to expand our direct sales to producers, InTime believes adoption of its technology will be quicker through a wider network of locations.”

Many Helena locations are already trained and authorized to sell and service InTime's crop management solutions, which complement Helena's AGRIntelligence information management system, said Knowlton.

InTime products utilize patented aerial imagery processes that can be used to accurately scout and prescribe solutions to improve crop health and performance.

Helena incorporates InTime's product line into its information management program, AGRIntelligence. This program provides a “one-stop-shop” for precision ag needs. It includes spatial record-keeping, precision data collection and variable rate applications utilizing InTime's products and other product offerings.

“We are pleased to be expanding our AGRIntelligence offerings with InTime and we believe this relationship will include many mutual benefits that will allow our people to better serve our customers by helping them make better choices on their farms,” said Steve Seamon, national marketing manager for Helena Chemical Company.
