You neighbor applies a herbicide that drifts on to your non-tolerant soybeans. Pick up the phone and call your lawyer, right?

Well, it may not be quite that simple, according to two veteran attorneys who spoke at the Mid-South Agricultural and Environmental Laws Conference in Memphis, Tenn.
