NASS updates 2012 grape crush figures

The National Agricultural Statistics Service has a correction to its 2012 California final grape crush report.

The most significant change by tonnage was an increase of 54.2 crushed tons of Cabernet Sauvignon.

At the state level, tons crushed in 2012 increased by 347.6 tons to 4,387,433.9 tons.

The average price per ton paid for grapes increased by $0.15 per ton to $737.76.
