REBATE PROGRAM: Unverferth Manufacturing Co. is offering rebates on grain carts and select grain wagons purchased through July 31. Unverferth Manufacturing

Equipment companies are scrambling to encourage growers to take a closer look at their products during trying times in agriculture and across the entire economy. The answer for Unverferth Manufacturing is offering what it calls Harvest Heroes Cash Back Rebates for purchases of its brands of new grain carts and select grain wagons. Purchases must be made from June 1 through July 31, 2020.

Jerry Ecklund, communications manager for the company, says the offer is good for any farmer interested in purchasing a qualifying grain cart or wagon. The company chose the name for the rebate program, he notes, to help recognize the hard work of those who are helping produce grains that ultimately feed the nation during this crisis.

Brent, Killbros, Parker and Unverferth brand grain carts are eligible for rebates. It also applies to 500-plus-bushel gravity wagon models offered through an Unverferth brand.

Rebates vary depending upon the size of cart or wagon purchased, Ecklund notes. If you buy the 2,500-bushel cart, you’ll receive a $6,000 rebate from the company. But you can still earn rebates even when purchasing carts with much smaller capacity. Earn a $750 rebate for buying a 650-bushel or 500-bushel grain cart.

If you buy a 750-bushel grain wagon, you will receive a $1,000 Harvest Heroes Cash Back Rebate from Unverferth. Rebates for 650-bushel and 550-bushel grain wagons are $850 and $650, respectively.
