Dicamba-tolerant cotton on track for 2015 launch; soybeans slated for 2016

The road to the development of the latest generation of herbicide-tolerant crop traits has taken several twists and turns. The latest is a decision by Monsanto to launch Bollgard II, Roundup Ready XTend Flex cotton in 2015 – if USDA and EPA approve – and dicamba-tolerant soybeans in 2016. Monsanto’s Kimberly Magin explains those development in this interview following the 2014 Roundup Ready Learning Experience event in Marion, Ark.
