For many, including farmers, filing returns under the new tax law probably won’t be simple.

Claims that the passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 would allow taxpayers to file their return on a postcard may prove true for some.

But for many others, including farmers, it probably won’t be that simple.

Iowa State University’s Kristine Tidgren discussed the new law during a presentation at the Mid-South Agricultural and Environmental Laws Conference in Memphis, Tenn.
