The morning dawned dry for opening day of Husker Harvest Days 2017. Now celebrating its 40th year, the big event offers visitors a wide-ranging look at the latest in ag technology.
The event brought a wide range of new tools from more than 600 exhibitors to the site west of Grand Island, Neb. And visitors who made the trip were rewarded with plenty to see, whether they were looking for new seed to plant, or the right planter to get that crop in the ground, it's here.
In this slideshow, we offer a look at some first-day impressions, some sights, and scenes from a successful kick off of this anniversary event. Check out the show for more information.
