Farmers, exhibitors and show presenters alike are gearing up to mix, mingle and check out the latest in farm technology when the Farm Progress Show reconvenes next week, Aug. 27-29, in Boone, Iowa.

With hundreds of exhibitors, this year’s show will allow farmers to engage with cutting-edge agriculture products, equipment and ideas. They’ll also get to meet the people who design and develop them.

5 must-sees

Industry Innovators: This year’s show will debut the largest Varied Industries tent ever—66 feet wide and nearly 700 feet long. A second, smaller tent, VIT East, has been added to accommodate high demand for exhibitor space and visitors.

Corn Harvesting Demos: The corn is on pace and ready for showtime as equipment manufacturers showcase the latest harvest technology, including combines, headers and grain carts, in the show demo fields daily from 11 a.m. until the day’s acres are worked.

Autonomous Showcase: Visit the east side of the show site each day to explore the latest autonomous technology, including new products from PTx Trimble, smart sprayers and numerous sprayer drones.

The Main Stage, sponsored by ADM: Each day on The Main Stage, attendees can enjoy essential seminars, engaging speakers and appearances by special guests, including top government officials on Wednesday. You can also catch “The Noon Show”, filmed live daily.

Women in the Field: Visit the Case IH exhibit at lot 102 daily at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for a special programming series presented by Farm Progress in partnership with Case IH. The series will feature leading women in the field, including Tara Vander Dussen, Natalie Kovarik, Dr. Alison Bryan, Lily Cobo, Mary Pat Sass, and Jena Ochsner.
