Members of the House Agriculture Committee have scheduled a Farm Bill listening session June 2 at Linn-Benton Community College in Albany, Ore.
Committee chairman Rep. Glenn “GT” Thompson, R-Pa., will be joined by Oregon Reps. Lori Chavez-DeRemer, a Republican, and Andrea Salinas, a Democrat, along with others, according to a release.
Committee members have been holding similar listening sessions around the country as they consider a new Farm Bill authorization.
The 10:30 a.m. meeting will be held in The Forum, 6500 Pacific Blvd. Southwest, Albany. The event will be livestreamed.
