Donald Trump spoke to a crowd of 4,400 at the American Farm Bureau Federation’s 99th Annual meeting, plus a couple thousand more on the livestream. After an introduction from Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue, Trump took the stage to thank farmers.

He appreciated the work of farmers.
He talked about tax reform.
He said his administration is thinking of and fighting for farmers.
Trump talked about trade.
He touched on the farm bill, and shared his confidence in it.
He also talked about rural prosperity.
He acknowledged infrastructure issues.
He talked about reducing regulations.
Trump recognized young advocates.
And closing, he again showed appreciation for American farmers.
