AgriSafe is hosting a free webinar Monday on COVID-19.

The webinar begins at noon CST and will provide evidence-based information about COVID-19 and identify strategies for farmers to implement on their farms.

Farmers, ranchers, farmworkers, veterinarians, Extension personnel, rural health care providers and others who work in agriculture are invited to join the webinar.

Objectives of the webinar include:

  • Create awareness of common signs and symptoms of COVID-19

  • Understand the transmission risk to yourself, employees, and potentially your animals

  • Describe infection control principles and appropriate strategies for limiting disease transmission

  • Locate resources and training for ag producers related to infection prevention

To register for the webinar you must first create an account with AgriSafe.

AgriSafe was formed in 2003 by rural nurses who worked together to improve the health and safety of farmers and ranchers. Today, AgriSafe builds the competency of health and safety professionals to deliver occupational agricultural health care.
