Recently I made a trip across northwest North Dakota to visit farmers.

The prairie scenery is one the reasons I love summer in Dakotas. With its wide variety of crops and the mix of farm fields and oil fields, northwest North Dakota has a distinct look, far different than the rest of North Dakota and South Dakota.
